Hey Mary;
I am sending this to Clara for her to write about her life adventures and create pictures. Someday she may read this and know we were thinking about her today.
Love you!

I picked up my guitar this morning which I have not played in several months now. Although it sits next to my bed, I have not felt the (something, I can’t name) for some time to pick it up and play. When I did begin to play, my mind went to playing music with you, Mary.
When you were around four, I was living in Guelph in a bachelor’s pad. I showed you a picture during the last days you were with me before you transitioned from this life. We talked about it and the song I made up to sing to you while you were taking a bath and wanted me to sing a song to you. I would start out by singing, Mary, my special daughter. You would chime in with “What?” after I would sing Mary like I was calling you and you were answering me with what. We both thought that was very funny each time we did it and remembered it. It was a moment between Dad and Mary that I will always remember.
This is one of your TaDa poses that you became so famous for.
Love you forever to the moon and back!
Today, Mary would be 34 yrso. Here is a video of her at six years old in 1989. She wanted to go to Disney World for her birthday. As we got to the US Customs, the officer asked if I had permission to take her out of Canada. I told him to tell her she couldn’t go to Disney World. He realized that would not be a good idea. So he asked her if I was her father and where were we going together. She looked at him and said; a father-daughter look-alike contest. He smiled and let us through.
This is Clara at Disney World with her mom 2016. Clara was the same age then as Mary in this video snippet.
Clara and Mary went to Disney World when Clara was about the same age. They look so much alike at that age. Remember, Clara, your mom loves you very much.
Mary & I talked about many life topics during her cherished days in July 2017. We both love music and sang many times together and wanted to do a Karaoke sometime. This song was one I played while she slept. Three months ago you gave me the greatest honor to be with you as you transitioned from this world. Thank you for sending me the message that you had made it safely.
