Starting in July 2006, Mary was planning for her wedding in November. She wanted me to be part of the dress buying process because she knew I would not judge or critique. In her true TaDa manner, Mary showed her enthusiasm for the fun process. As we entered the dress shop in Kitchener, the sales girl said, Yay, the wallet is here. I informed her that Dads, me, would take offense to being considered no more than the wallet to pay for the event.
We had a great time that day. It was not until later that I discovered that Mary changed her mind twice about having red bows on the dress.
