Happy 13th Birthday
We celebrated your birthday here at your mom’s memorial. The picture I am holding was brought to me by her the week she transitioned to a new beginning.
The video was filmed by Dr. Pankaj Chand, my best friend and Mary’s confidant at St. Mary’s Hospital where she was admitted multiple times.

Hey, Mary. I was reading this book and thinking about you. I watched you use the principles in this best-selling book to set a goal of bringing Clara into this world. You did it with love, honor, and compassion. TaDa! Good Job!

Mary had the greatest sense of humor. When others would lament their lot in life, Mary would find some humor in something.
Often she would call and just ask to be told a story. Anything for her to escape the challenges of her life. Her stoic manner, soften by humor came, it always seemed, without pressure or a feeling of being contrived. Mary was “real” in every sense.
